The house
Warm colours, a big terrace and peace and quiet
Casa Sarah is a semi-detached house in a quiet residence in Orihuela Costa, on the Costa Blanca. We fell for it in 2017 for its warm colours, its huge terrace and its calm, yet everything is close by: La Zenia Boulevard, the beaches, restaurants and the nature reserves.
We renovated it from top to bottom: tiles, kitchen, bathroom, paint and brand-new furniture. The large terrace looks out over the park, and four community pools are waiting for you, the first one just 20 metres from the house. A private parking space is right in front of the door.
On site, Ellis and Kristof welcome you, show you around and keep the house spotless, with beautifully made beds. Many guests come back every year.

Do we need a car?
It is recommended. La Zenia Boulevard is less than 5 km away and the nearest beach about 6 km. Parking is in front of the house. We can also arrange an airport transfer and car hire at a fair price.
How many people can stay?
4 guests in two bedrooms (one double bed, two single beds). The sofa bed in the living room takes 2 more people at 10 € per person per night, for up to one week. Babies under 2 are not counted; a cot is available.
Is there Wi-Fi and air conditioning?
Yes, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
How does payment work?
Your booking is confirmed once the 30% deposit is paid, within 7 working days. The balance is due one month before arrival. The security deposit is 250 € (500 € for stays of more than a month).
What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel more than one month before arrival, only the deposit is kept. Less than one month before arrival, the balance is still due. In case of illness or force majeure, a voucher can be issued.
What are the check-in times?
Check-in from 2 pm, check-out before 10 am. Other times can exceptionally be agreed with us.
Are pets allowed?
Yes! Up to two animals are welcome, for a supplement of 30 € per stay.
Is the house officially licensed?
Yes. Casa Sarah has a tourist rental licence, number VT-482378-A.
Is it a good base for golf?
Yes. Villamartín, Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Las Colinas are among the courses a short drive from the house.
Is the pool private?
The residence has four community pools, shared with the other houses. The first one is only 20 metres from Casa Sarah.
Where is Casa Sarah and how do we get there?
In Orihuela Costa (Alicante province, Costa Blanca, Spain), near La Zenia and Cabo Roig. Alicante airport is about 45 minutes by car and Murcia airport about 35 minutes. The exact address is shared after booking.
How much does a stay cost?
Nightly rates go from €35 to €95 for the whole house, depending on the season (see the rates table). Add €120 for final cleaning, bed linen and towels, and 30 € per stay if you bring a pet.
